REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Because our products are skin and hair care, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to start a return

Email us at info@sanoun.com with your order number and we will send you a return label with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@sanoun.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and we will handle any claim with the shipping carrier.

Final sale items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
