SHIPPING POLICY

Every Sanoun product is made in small batches in Chapel Hill and Durham, North Carolina.

Processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you by email.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is complimentary on US orders over $125. For all other orders, carrier options and rates are shown at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing.

Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

International orders

We ship internationally. Rates and carrier options are shown at checkout, and delivery times vary by destination. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@sanoun.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We will file the carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.
