Shipping policy

Sanoun orders are prepared and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment locations.

Processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If an order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you by email.

U.S. shipping rates and timing

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, available carrier options and rates are shown at checkout. Standard delivery is estimated at 5 to 8 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.

Address changes

Email info@sanoun.com as soon as possible if a shipping address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has begun processing or has shipped.

Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number when the order ships. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update.

International orders

International rates and carrier options are shown at checkout, and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@sanoun.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and handle any required carrier claim. If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, check the delivery address and surrounding property and contact the carrier, then contact us so we can help investigate.
